Leo de Luna is a Partner at Tribeca Venture Partners, where he invests across early and growth stages. He works with founders building enterprise software, AI and technology businesses, drawing on experience as an investor, board member and builder of investment teams.
Leo joined TVP in 2022. Previously, he was Head of Venture Capital at NNS Advisers, where he managed direct and fund investments. He was also a co-founder of M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, and built and led its U.S. investment team.
Earlier, Leo invested at Split Rock Partners, Saints Capital and St. Paul Venture Capital, and worked at Lehman Brothers and AMD. His prior-firm investment experience includes Livongo, Acquia, BigCommerce and PandaDoc.
Leo holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Grew up in Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia, then got a one-way ticket to the US to attend college at UT Austin and have stayed ever since.

My first entrepreneurial experience: Buying Big Macs during visits to Singapore, bringing them back to Jakarta and selling them to my McDonald’s deprived high school classmates. (Before the Golden Arches set up shop in Indonesia.)
