Joshua Schwadron is a lawyer and tech entrepreneur who speaks and writes frequently on how private financing can empower plaintiffs in the civil justice system. He is the CEO and co-founder of Mighty, a VC-backed startup that combines software, machine learning, and litigation finance to empower plaintiffs to get faster and fairer outcomes from their personal injury cases. Previously, Joshua founded Betterfly, a VC-backed marketplace which reimagined how consumers find local services by connecting them to individuals rather than companies. Betterfly was acquired by Takelessons in 2014. Joshua obtained his law degree from Emory University and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
