Recap and Videos of Stories of Entrepreneurship

By Chip Meakem

A few weeks ago we had a great event, Stories of Entrepreneurship, at AppNexus’s event space RazzleDazzle. We had a panel of four CEO’s: Brian O’Kelley from Appnexus, Court Cunningham from Yodle, Stephen Messer from Collective[i] and Chantel Waterbury from Chloe and Isabel. They talked about the good, bad and ugly of being a founder and CEO – you can watch video clips of the panel here. There were about 200 entrepreneurs in the audience who were treated to a really frank discussion between people who have created billions of dollars of value in their careers.

Thanks to our portfolio company AppNexus for letting use the space and a huge thank you to our panel members. These are incredibly busy people (plus Chantel has a newborn at home) who all said yes to the event without a seconds pause. We’re lucky to work every day right smack in the middle of the NYC Tech community.

Stories of Entrepreneurship

On Monday, October 20 we held our first “Stories of Entrepreneurship” panel featuring Brian O’Kelley (AppNexus), Chantel Waterbury (Chloe + Isabel), Stephen Messer (Collective[i]) and Court Cunningham (Yodle). The event, hosted at AppNexus’s beautiful RazzleDazzle space, brought together a group of bright, young entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts who hopefully left having gained some value from the candid advice and stories our wonderful panelists shared.
